Our guest policies

Booking & payment

• Bookings on this website are completed on our secure checkout, run by Guesty (our booking system) with payments processed by Stripe. We never see or store your full card details.
• The total shown before you pay includes the nightly rate, the cleaning fee and taxes (GST and the Alberta Tourism Levy). There is no platform service fee.
• Bookings are confirmed instantly by email.
• The main guest must be at least 18 years old.

Cancellations & refunds

• Cancel 14 or more days before check-in: full refund, minus payment processing fees.
• Cancel less than 14 days before check-in: no refund.
• Payment processing fees are non-refundable. Any processing fee charged when you paid (about 4% of the total) is deducted from any refund.
• To cancel or change a booking, contact us as soon as possible at 403-470-2235 or info@510property.ca. Refunds go back to the card you paid with.
• Bookings made on Airbnb, Vrbo or Booking.com follow the cancellation policy shown on that platform.

Check-in & checkout

• Cranston Family Home: check-in after 4 pm, checkout by 11 am
• Rockland Park Suite: check-in after 4 pm, checkout by 11 am
• Livingston Suite: check-in after 4 pm, checkout by 11 am
• Mahogany Suite: check-in after 4 pm, checkout by 11 am
• Self check-in with a smart lock. Your door code and digital guidebook arrive before your stay.
• Early check-in or late checkout may be possible if the home is free. Just ask.

House rules

Every home has its own house rules, listed below and on the home’s page. By booking, you agree to follow them.

Privacy

• When you send us a message on this website, we use your details only to reply to you. We don’t sell or share them.
• When you book, your details are handled by Guesty and Stripe under their privacy policies, and we use them only to manage your stay.
