Yes. You pay on our secure checkout run by Guesty, our booking system, with payments processed by Stripe. Your card details go straight to Stripe and are never seen or stored by us.

Booking platforms charge fees that end up in your price. When you book direct there’s no platform in the middle, so there’s no platform service fee. We also match any lower public price for the same home and dates.

The nightly rate, the cleaning fee and taxes (GST and the Alberta Tourism Levy). You see every line before you pay, and the checkout shows the same total. Nothing is added later.

Every home has self check-in with a smart lock. Before you arrive you get a digital guidebook with directions, parking, Wi-Fi and your door code. Check-in is from 4 pm and checkout is by 11 am unless the home’s page says otherwise.

Yes. Every home has free parking and Wi-Fi. Cranston has parking for 3 cars.

Yes. Cranston has three bedrooms, a crib and a backyard. Rockland Park and Livingston each have a folding bed, so they sleep 2 adults and 2 kids.

Yes. Every home has a full kitchen and in-suite laundry for longer stays. Ask us for a corporate or extended-stay quote.

Cancel 14 or more days before check-in for a full refund, minus payment processing fees (approximately 4% of the total), which are non-refundable. Cancellations within 14 days of check-in aren’t refunded. See our guest policies.

No. Our homes are in quiet residential neighbourhoods, and parties and events aren’t permitted. See each home’s house rules before you book.
