Mariam brings 10+ years of Calgary real estate experience. Since 2016 she has led new-home sales teams at Avalon, overseeing hundreds of homebuyers and working across site development, construction, warranty and customer experience.

Why “510”?
Our name comes from May 10th, a date that means a lot to us. We started 510 Property to make short-term stays in Calgary feel personal again: spotless homes, clear prices, and hosts who actually pick up the phone.
Our mission is simple: exceptional service, every stay. We combine professional standards with the personal attention of a local family, and we treat every property as if it were our own.
